Concept of fair trade is a key element but labeling is avoided purposely to use the certification cost for socio economic development of producers. A special fund is generated for the development of socio- economic aspects  of producers irrespective of labeling. Trading partners can also join selective programs as their own supporting  projects where they can promote those on their promotional literature.  

Main objective of Hela Healers Pvt Ltd is to bring back traditional medicinal practices and indigenous knowledge of native Sri Lankans called “Helayo” lived many years ago, to heal people in different ways. Our forefathers had practised meditation, yoga, ecological farming in combination or alone with the consumption of ecological food for healthy living. They observed the Nature and its behaviors and lived in harmony with the Nature. Whatever information collected, and knowledge gained had been passed to the next generation subsequently without leaving any gaps between generations. Some information taken from wisdom healers had been documented but unfortunately those documents had been stolen, destroyed or altered during many foreign and local invasions. The missing information will be collected by Hela Healers based on the need of crucial medicinal preparations time to time using wisdom native healers still living in Sri Lanka.
